High Peak Party RentalsAbout
High Peak Party Rentals is a matching service for party and inflatable rentals in Northern Colorado. It is a Powder River Development Group company.
Why this exists
We looked hard at running the rentals ourselves. The arithmetic did not work for a new entrant: the local market sells a delivered, insured bounce house at a price that leaves no room between a supplier’s cost and what a customer will pay. Buying a trailer’s worth of inventory to compete on that margin, in a season five months long, was not a business — it was a way to own a lot of vinyl.
What we found instead was a gap that had nothing to do with equipment. Search for a bounce house in this area and almost every result is a quote form. Nobody tells you how much space you actually need, whether it can sit on gravel, what wind speed ends the party, or how far ahead a Saturday in June is gone.
So we built the thing that was missing: straight answers, and then an introduction to somebody who owns the equipment and does this for a living.
What we do and don’t do
High Peak Party Rentals is a matching service. We do not own equipment, and we do not deliver or set up. The local provider you are matched with holds the rental agreement and carries the insurance for the equipment.
We are paid a referral fee by the provider, not by you. That shapes what we can honestly offer — we have no trailer to fill, so we have no reason to talk you into a unit that does not fit your yard. It also means we are candid about the limits of what we can promise: we do not set prices, we do not control availability, and we are not a party to your rental agreement.
Who we are
Powder River Development Group LLC is a Wyoming-registered company operating across Colorado and Wyoming, with several trade brands under it. High Peak Party Rentals is the one that handles events.
What we won’t do
We will not quote you a price we do not set, list a town nobody delivers to, or show you a photograph of equipment we do not have. If we do not know something, the answer will be that we will find out.
