Privacy Policy — High Peak Party Rentals
Effective date: October 23, 2026
High Peak Party Rentals is a brand of Powder River Development Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). High Peak Party Rentals is a matching service: we do not own equipment, and we do not deliver or set up. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit highpeakpartyrentals.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or general location, the date and details of your party, what you are looking to rent, and your consent choices.
Phone calls. The phone number on this Site is managed through CallRail, a call-tracking service. Calls to it may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping. If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact us through the form or by email instead.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and general location, using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below). If you click “Accept optional tracking” in our cookie banner, Google Analytics also records how you use the Site’s pages (for example, which pages you view and for how long). It stays off if you decline.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information, and we ask that you not submit them through our forms.
How we use your information
We use the information to:
- match you with a local rental provider who serves your area and has what you are looking for;
- contact you by email about your request, and forward your request to the provider we match you with;
- operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- keep records, including records of your consent; and
- comply with law and enforce our Terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
- with the local rental provider we match you with — this is the whole product: we forward your inquiry details (what you told us in the form) to that provider so they can quote you directly, book your date, and deliver, set up, and pick up the rental. The provider then handles your information under their own privacy practices for the rest of that transaction;
- with service providers who work on our behalf and are bound to protect it — for example email and form providers (Google Workspace, Gravity Forms), website hosting and security providers (SiteGround, Cloudflare), our analytics provider (Google Analytics, only if you accept optional tracking), and our call-tracking provider (CallRail, only for a phone number shown on this Site);
- for legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of you, us, or others; and
- in a business transfer — if the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function, remember your choices, and stay secure. This includes cookies set by Cloudflare (security and performance). Optional tools are separate and stay off unless you accept them in our cookie banner: Google Analytics helps us understand how pages are used, and on pages that show a phone number, CallRail helps us see which page or referral source a call came from. You can change your choice at any time with the “Change tracking choice” button at the bottom of each page, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, match you with a provider, and meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We retain records of your consent (the consent text, date, and related data) for as long as reasonably necessary to document that consent.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, and California residents under the CCPA/CPRA, including the categories of information described above. To exercise any right, contact us at james@prdgconstruction.com; we will verify your request as required by law. You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control, including the rental provider you are matched with. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” shows the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
